1. Log into your Shopify Admin site. 

2. Go to Settings

3. Go to Users and permissions

4. Fill in the following information and click Send Invitation

5. In Settings, go to Apps and sales channels, then click Develop apps for your store

6. In Develop apps for your store screen, enable custom app development
